All kits include components and fixtures for a complete functional sauna:

A) Framing - of 2"x2" Oregon douglas fir to prevent warpage and dry rot. Frame fastened with galvanized fasteners.
B) Insulation R11 (3-1/2") Owens-Corning fiberglass with foil-back on walls and ceiling; vapor barrier of type c Rreynolds building foil on walls and ceiling.
C) Exterior Siding of 11/32" rough-sawn fir plywood (1/2" T & G red cedar available optionally). Trim included.
D) Interior Paneling of 1"x4" (full 3/4" thickness) clear kiln-dried, T & G small V-joint for neat appearance wqith a choice of 4 different woods; base rim of 2"x4".
E) Exclusive Concealed Interlocking System locks walls together with the greatest strength and neatest appearance - eliminates the need for ugly interior moldings used by others.
F) Pre-hung Door - V.G. Oregon douglas fir rails to prevent warpage, tempered thermopane glass for a spacious, open look; redwood or hemlock jamb, stoppers, casing and threshold; hardware - 4"x4" butt hinges (3, brass plated), ball catch (keeps door securely closed, unlike self-closing hinge).
G) Finlandia or Harvia Heater: with built-in or optional wall-mounted control panel including 60 minute timer.
H) Benches: constructed of S4S 2"x2" tops with 1/2" spacing with 2"x4" facing with eased edges to eliminate sharp edges & slivers. All fasteners applied from bottom to eliminate ugly nail holes and possibility of nail head protruding to burn bather.
I) Head/back rest(s): for upper benches, tapered 16"x20".
J) Heater Fence: for safety, of 1"x2" and 2"x2".
K) Super Deck: flooring squares for walking area of floor - removable, sanitary, washable, non-skid synthetic material.
L) Vents: lower - neatly cut into room base; upper - supplied for pre-cut space.
M) Light: Vapor proof, wall-mounted P5511 .
N) Stones: from Finlandia; periodite - igneous type - best for heat retention and safety.
O) Accessories Provided: wooden bucket with liner, dipper, thermometer, and bronze plexiglass bathing sign.
P) Instruction: detailed instructions provided for assembly.

Preparations ~ Options ~ Services

We can provide a complete professional installation service (depending on your location) including these standard preparation steps:

A) Complete installation of your pre-fab sauna including delivery.
B) Electrical Routing and supply lines i.e. 120 vac lighting/outlets and 220 vac heater supply (specify single phase or 3-phase)
C) Optional drain line plumbed into the concrete or platform sub-floor.
D) Standard floor finishes included flooring sealant or linoleum. Options include tile, cement, or sprung wood decking.
