NOTE: Any damaged items must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt or there will be no free replacement. There is no manufacturer's warrantee on any of the accessory items. Wooden buckets and dippers expand and contract with the temperature and humidity fluxuations in Saunas and may leak. Liners or plastic/metal lined buckets are recommend. We have no control over a customer's use or misuse of a given item or their Sauna. Sauna safely and wisely!
